Dispatch

Orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). If an item in your order is on pre-order, the item will be shipped within 3 - 6 weeks.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, as well as tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.

If you are not available at your nominated delivery address and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave your parcel in a safe spot, the driver will drop your parcel off at the nearest Post Office for pick up. The driver will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. Of course, if the delivery driver can locate a safe spot to leave your parcel, they will do so and mark your delivery as "delivered" on the tracking website.

Customs

Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs.
Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.

VAMP Heels  not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note VAMP Heels does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that you decline to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

Please be aware that events such as extreme weather, global pandemics, public holidays and staff shortages can impact how fast your delivery will arrive at your door. The above listed shipping estimates cannot be guaranteed by VAMP Heels or the courier/shipping service at this time.

We offer one complimentary return / exchange per order (for shoes over $100, order shipped inside of Australia) If the shoes need to be exchanged a second time, or returned after an exchange has been made, the shipping cost would need to be covered by the customer.

We offer a 30-day exchange and refund window from the date that you have received your package. Please note items must be returned in unused, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

*We offer one free return shipping for items over $100 AUD shipped to Australia, USA & New Zealand per order made. If a shoe requires a further exchange or you have decided to return them after one exchange, the second return shipment will need to be covered by the customer. For all other countries the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

*For items returned that were purchased on promotion using a quantity discount (buy 2 pairs and save 50% off the second pair), we will refund the amount paid for the promoted/discounted item. 

Please note that our warranty does not cover scuffs, scratches, or wear on the leather and mesh areas of heels, as these are natural results of dancing, especially with floor work. Some wear on the sole and outer areas of the shoe is expected over time, particularly when dancing on hard or studio surfaces. Marks from floor work or choreography that involves dragging or rubbing may also appear, and these do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
