Your options
Not quite right? No stress. You've got three ways to go, all within 30 days of delivery.
Option 1
Swap
Wrong size, or eyeing a different style? Exchange it. Australian orders get one free exchange per order, both legs on us.
US and UK: your return's covered, you just cover the new pair going out. Other countries, contact us to arrange.
Option 2
Store credit
Not sure what you want yet? Take your return as VAMP credit and spend it whenever something catches your eye.
Option 3
Refund
Want your money back? Easy. Refunds land on your original payment method once your return reaches us and we've checked it's unworn and in original condition.
Condition: We can only take back heels that come back exactly as they left us, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear can't be accepted.

Head to the returns portal and pop in your order number and email.

Get your label
Added Redo coverage at checkout? Your prepaid label is emailed to you for free. If not, you can buy one right there in the portal.

Pack it and post it
Pop your VAMPs back in their original box, attach the label, and send them on their way.
One rule: start your return in the portal before you ship anything back to us.

Free returns
Your return shipping is covered, whether you swap, take credit, or refund. Nothing to pay.
Without coverage
You grab the label
You can still return. You'll just buy your return label in the portal, with one exception below.
Coverage pricing: Australia $2.98 AUD · United States $10.98 USD · United Kingdom £20 GBP
Australian swaps: One free exchange per order, both legs on us. Coverage or not.
US & UK: Your return is handled through Redo. On exchanges, you cover shipping for the new pair heading back out to you.
Other locations: Contact us and we'll arrange your manual return or exchange.

Faulty or wrong item
This one's on us
If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. No coverage needed, and a full refund is always on the table.
Always covered: Get in touch before sending anything back and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund with return shipping covered. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Contact VAMP HQ
Bundle & promo orders
Important note
If your order was placed using a quantity promotion, like buy two pairs and save on the second, any refund is calculated on the amount you paid for the returned item at the discounted price, not the full retail price.
Example: If you bought two pairs and got 50% off the second, and you return that second pair, your refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid for it.
