Vamp Heels Product Warranty
At Vamp Heels, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium dance footwear and accessories. All of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can dance with confidence.
We design and produce our shoes specifically for performance and training. Dance footwear is built to withstand vigorous movement, but it will naturally show signs of wear over time. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear within 30 days of the delivery date.
Warranty Coverage
Your Vamp Heels warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

Structural issues with heels, soles, or construction

Defective zippers, buckles, or other hardware
What Is Not Covered
While our shoes are designed for durability, they are consumable products. The following are not covered by this warranty:

Normal wear and tear. Scuffed soles, worn heel linings, creasing or wrinkling of materials, frayed seams, or minor scuffs are considered normal signs of use.

Damage from improper use or surfaces. Damage resulting from dancing on rough surfaces (cement, sand, gravel), excessive bending, extreme choreography (e.g., hip‑hop style jumps or heel bangs), incorrect lacing, or misuse.

Damage caused by moisture or chemicals. Exposure to excessive moisture, sweat, oil, cleaning products, or extreme temperatures can degrade materials.

Fit or comfort issues. Although we do our best to help you find the right size, preferences about fit and feel are subjective and are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Period
Standard warranty coverage lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at vamped@vampheels.com with the following information:

Your full name and order number

Clear photographs of the suspected defect

A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your claim and may request that you return the product for further inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Remedies
In the event of a verified defect:

Major issues: If the defect renders the shoes unsafe or unsuitable for their intended purpose, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Minor issues: For minor defects (e.g., a loose buckle or minor stitching issue), we may, at our discretion:

Repair the shoes at no cost to you or,

Offer a partial refund, store credit, or discount toward a future purchase.

If the issue is due to normal wear and tear or misuse, we may offer a goodwill gesture, such as a discount voucher, but we are not obligated to repair or replace the shoes.
Product Care
To extend the life of your Vamp Heels footwear and accessories:

Store your items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Clean your shoes with a soft, damp cloth.

Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture and heat.

Use heel protectors to prolong the life of your heels.
