• 10cm flared heel that feels like 8, with a flared heel base for the stability you can struggle to find in a stiletto
• A strip of padding behind the heel that keeps your foot locked in the shoe and brings softness exactly where pumps usually bite
• Removable straps. Think training wheels for your pumps: dance strapped while you build confidence, then take them off when you don't need them anymore
• Rounded, noticeably wider toe box, so your toes spread and settle instead of scrunching
• Full-length VAMP memory foam underfoot, carrying cushioning through the ball of the foot
• Rubber street sole. Studio, stage, concrete, set. Bebè goes where the work is, not just where the marley is

Want your money back? Easy. Refunds land on your original payment method once your return reaches us and we've checked it's unworn and in original condition.
Condition: We can only take back heels that come back exactly as they left us, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear can't be accepted.

Added Redo coverage at checkout? Your prepaid label is emailed to you for free. If not, you can buy one right there in the portal.

Pack it and post it
Pop your VAMPs back in their original box, attach the label, and send them on their way.
One rule: start your return in the portal before you ship anything back to us.

You can still return. You'll just buy your return label in the portal, with one exception below.

Australian swaps: One free exchange per order, both legs on us. Coverage or not.
US & UK: Your return is handled through Redo. On exchanges, you cover shipping for the new pair heading back out to you.
Other locations: Contact us and we'll arrange your manual return or exchange.

Faulty or wrong item
This one's on us
If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. No coverage needed, and a full refund is always on the table.

Bundle & promo orders
Important note
If your order was placed using a quantity promotion, like buy two pairs and save on the second, any refund is calculated on the amount you paid for the returned item at the discounted price, not the full retail price.
Example: If you bought two pairs and got 50% off the second, and you return that second pair, your refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid for it.
