We offer a 30-day exchange and refund window from the date that you have received your package. Please note items must be returned in unused, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
*We offer one free return shipping for items over $100 AUD shipped to Australia OR USA per order made. If a shoe requires a further exchange or you have decided to return them after one exchange, the second return shipment will need to be covered by the customer. For all other countries the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Please note that our warranty does not cover scuffs, scratches, or wear on the leather and mesh areas of heels, as these are natural results of dancing, especially with floor work. Some wear on the sole and outer areas of the shoe is expected over time, particularly when dancing on hard or studio surfaces. Marks from floor work or choreography that involves dragging or rubbing may also appear, and these do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Best heels I’ve ever worn best quality
If you’re on the fence about if you should buy these heels or not then jump off the fence and just do it! Oh my god they are incredible. Their quality is amazing and they are so comfortable to wear. I go a full class (plus practice before class) without even feeling like I’ve worn heels at all. I love the material and the fact that they actually move with you and are stretchy enough to not dig in when you squat down.

My newest pair of Vamps doesn't fail to attract attention! They're so comfy, with the fabric of the boot giving maximum flexibility and movement with me as I dance, while being very supportive. The only thing that would make these even better would be a little extra length up the leg for the tall people - it ends just above the knee on me which is still hot, but would love a mid thigh option. Otherwise, love, love, LOVE!
